Role of ICTs in mitigating the challenges to educational opportunities and delivery in Nigeria

Today, education could be delivered to many well-intended seekers through the assistance and support of modern technologies, otherwise called Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). The study found that ICTs have a significant role to play in mitigating the challenges faced in the northern part of Nigeria. Most of the respondents (90.1%) agreed that ICTs are veritable tools in reaching many people and learners, and it was also found that the gender of the learner/student does determine his/her chances of getting education in the north.
